Honors College Application

The Honors College is a selective program for top scholars. Our mission is to develop the next generation of researchers, artists and professionals who embrace curiosity and pursue excellence in their education, social, and professional development. Students of CSUSB’s Honors College will experience numerous benefits during their academic journey. 


If you do not have a Coyote ID, then first apply to CSUSB.
CSUSB applications open October 1st.

  • Unofficial transcript
  • Two short questions about leadership and volunteer activities

Admission Requirements: Overall, GPA ≥ 3.3

Program Admission

The Honors College application requires the following:

  • Unofficial transcript
  • Two short questions about leadership and volunteer activities
  • Applications from high school students with a GPA >3.7 are automatically accepted when they apply to CSUSB and indicate they are interested in joining the Honors College.

Admission Requirements: High school GPA ≥ 3.3
